Bupa Dental Care 0-2 Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship

Bupa Dental Care's Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship is a paid, 18-024 month programme that lets you 'earn while you learn' in a hands-on dental practice role. You'll provide chair-side support to clinicians and gain experience across practice areas including reception, patient queries, payments and appointment booking.

The apprenticeship is delivered via blended learning (interactive eLearning plus in-practice training) and is accredited by City & Guilds.

The programme comprises a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3, Functional Skills English & Maths Level 2 (unless exempt), and an End Point Assessment involving an in-practice observation and an interview. You will be employed in practice (minimum 30 hours/week for the standard duration), attend live webinars, complete coursework and receive support from workplace mentors and tutors.

Successful completion leads to a nationally recognised qualification and GDC registration (Bupa covers registration costs).

Entry requirements include being over 16, eligible to work in the UK, not in full-time education, and meeting Maths & English requirements (or equivalent). Training includes regional workshops, online learning, and workplace mentoring, with clear pathways for further dental qualifications and career progression.
