Join Bupa as a Health Care Assistant Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting residents with personal care, wellbeing checks and mealtime support. The apprenticeship combines day-to-day workplace training with a blended learning programme so you can study from anywhere in the UK while working in a care setting.
The programme lasts 12-18 months and includes a Level 2 Diploma in Care plus Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. Apprentices receive one-to-one coaching every 4-6 weeks, a comprehensive induction, paid DBS check, workplace pension and other employee benefits.
