Join Future Engineering Recruitment Limited as a Business Administration Apprentice based in central London. Most of the role is on-the-job: you will carry out general administrative tasks, assist with invoices, manage diaries and meetings, help plan and organise events, take photos at events and post on LinkedIn, manage the company’s social media presence, send marketing emails, and work closely under the guidance of the Office Manager.

This Level 3 apprenticeship includes formal training delivered by THE NVQ TRAINING CENTRE LIMITED. The apprenticeship starts on Monday 24 November 2025, runs for 1 year 3 months and is a 40-hour week role (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm).

The training covers IT packages (MS Office or equivalent), record keeping, communication, project management, problem solving and other business administration skills.
