This is a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship at Homespace Direct based in Cheadle Heath, Stockport. You will spend most of your time working on the job gaining practical experience across administrative tasks including preparing product listings for multiple sales channels, customer email and telephone support, checking supplier invoices, dispatching orders, social media management, using Excel for data analysis, editing product photos and writing product descriptions.

As you progress you will be involved in margin reporting, researching new products and improving operational efficiency.

Training is provided through 1ST2 ACHIEVE TRAINING LIMITED and leads to the Business Administrator (Level 3) qualification. The apprenticeship includes tutor-led monthly visits/sessions and specialist training away from the workplace.

The listed training length is approx. 15-18 months, with the advertised start date of 30 November 2025.

Applicants must hold GCSEs in Maths and English and five other subjects at grade 5 or above. The role requires availability for 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, day shifts). There is one position available. Long-term career prospects with the employer are possible on successful completion.
