This Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with MEB Building Services (recruited via Swarm Group) provides on-the-job experience across general office and administration functions. You will answer calls, manage inboxes, scan and file documents, support purchase orders and accounts work, and provide general office support while developing IT and communication skills required for business administration.
Training is delivered by SWARM APPRENTICESHIPS C. I. C and includes regular off-the-job study towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification (12-18 months).
The role is fully office-based (40 hours per week, MondaytoFriday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch) and includes monthly tutor sessions and at least 6 hours per week of scheduled training time.
The apprenticeship starts on 17 November 2025 in Sittingbourne (Unit 11, Stadium Business Park, Castle Road, ME10 3BG). The successful candidate will be paid for the first year and benefits including 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays, supportive team and free on-site parking.
There may be a possible opportunity for a full-time role after successful completion.
