Join VEST Energy as a Business Administrator Apprentice and gain practical on-the-job experience supporting the Operations Manager and wider team. Day-to-day duties include customer and supplier liaison, meeting organisation and minute-taking, CRM updates, supporting grant submissions, producing monthly revenue reports and invoices, inbox monitoring, project tracking and other administrative tasks.

The apprenticeship includes off-the-job training delivered by City of Sunderland College leading to a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. The role is 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch), and training will cover IT systems (e.

g. , MS Office), record-keeping, communication, project management and problem-solving skills relevant to business administration.

Location is 15a Silver Fox Way, Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE27 0QQ) with hybrid working. The apprenticeship starts on 21 November 2025, runs for 1 year 6 months, and may lead to a permanent Admin Assistant role at VEST on successful completion.
