This is a hands-on Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship based at Toughsheet Community Stadium in Bolton, giving you practical workplace experience alongside formal training. You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, configure environments, develop test plans, and support user acceptance testing and training.

The apprenticeship is paid at £20,000 per year, runs for 1 year and 8 months, and is delivered through NOWSKILLS LIMITED as the training provider. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm (30 hours per week).

The role combines on-the-job learning with off-the-job training sessions covering business analysis techniques, process modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling, cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder communication.

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Comfortable working through the full software development lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Able to configure D365 CE, create business rules, process flows, and perform UI customisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Level 3 in Business Administration, Data, Project Management or ICT (or equivalent).
