EYs Business Apprenticeship Programme in Remediation and AI & Data Consulting is a structured, four-year early careers route that combines business consulting experience with applied AI and data analytics. The programme is designed to develop consultancy skills and technical expertise through rotations across risk and technology consulting, with a focus on addressing historical redress and remediation issues for financial services clients.

Apprentices will complete a two-year rotation in Risk Consulting working on high-profile financial services matters and a rotation in Technology Consulting using AI and data analytics to transform remediation processes. Participants work on client-facing projects from day one, receive on-the-job coaching within collaborative teams, and have access to cutting-edge AI and data tools.

The programme awards two industry-recognised professional qualifications in Leadership & Management and AI & Data. The intake for this programme starts September 2026 in London. Salary is described as competitive.
