This is an immersive two-week summer leadership program for high-school students held on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor. Participants explore core principles of business leadership through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, team-based challenges and communication workshops.
Sessions cover leadership style assessments, team dynamics, ethical dilemma debates, and case-study analysis, culminating in a final assignment where students apply their leadership style in a real-world scenario. The program runs as both residential (boarding) and day options and is designed to build strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and ethical decision-making.
Students learn from experienced instructors and guest industry speakers, take part in project-based learning and receive a detailed performance report; some courses may be credit-bearing with instructions for requesting a university transcript. Practical logistics and student support are provided, including housing and roommate matching for residential students, campus supervision, shuttle transport options (additional fee), medical/health insurance support for international students, and pre-arrival visa and arrival assistance for students whose primary residence is outside the United States.
