Business Management Career Summer Programme in Sydney (Immerse Education)

Immerse Education's Business Management Career Summer Programme in Sydney is a two-week, in-person summer school designed for students aged 15-18. Held at St. Paul’s College, University of Sydney, the programme covers leadership, innovation, marketing and commercial strategy through interactive workshops, case studies, industry visits and business simulations.

Participants work on a personal project, receive one-to-one coaching with industry tutors, and present their work to business experts. Classes are small (7-10 students) and include project-based two-hour sessions, career skills workshops (CVs, cover letters, job search strategies), expert-led workshops, and industry visits to local companies and start-ups.

Residential students stay in university accommodation with dedicated residential support and daily meals; a non-residential option is also available. Students may opt in for an 8 UCAS-point add-on where eligible.

The programme also offers cultural activities and excursions (for example, a surf lesson at Bondi Beach and visits to Sydney landmarks) alongside academic content, aiming to build practical business skills, confidence and clarity about future study or career paths.
