The Business: Mini-MBA™ at Earlscliffe is an intensive two-week on-campus summer course that introduces students to business management, entrepreneurship, global sustainability, accounting and marketing. The programme combines taught modules with practical activities to give participants a broad understanding of how organisations operate and make decisions.

Students take part in interactive modules (Principles of Business and Management; Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Strategy and Decision-Making), collaborative group projects, simulations and fieldwork. The course culminates in a "Time to Shine" presentation where teams present their projects.

Participants also receive one-to-one academic coaching aimed at supporting progression to higher education. The programme runs at Earlscliffe, Folkestone, and includes a social and cultural programme with full-day excursions.

At the end of the course each student receives a detailed academic report and an official certificate of completion. A B2 English level is recommended.
