Join Marston (Holdings) Limited as a Business Operations Administrator Apprentice working on day-to-day administration to support service delivery to clients. The role involves dealing with client queries, updating accounts, supporting colleagues, booking and liaising with third-party contacts, carrying out quality checks and general office administration.
You will be based at St. Davids House, 11 Drake House Crescent, Waterthorpe, Sheffield (S20 7HT).
This is a full-time apprenticeship (Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm; 37 hours 30 minutes per week). The apprenticeship starts on Monday 17 November 2025 and lasts 1 year 3 months. Training and off-the-job learning will be provided by SMART TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED toward the Business Administrator (Level 3) qualification.
Course content includes IT systems (e. g. , MS Office), document production, data recording and analysis, communication skills, project work and administrative best practice.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant GCSEs (English and maths grade 4 desirable) and meet the residency/visa eligibility for apprenticeships in England. Successful apprentices may progress to permanent roles or Degree Apprenticeship opportunities.
