UP Business Start-Up & Go Bootcamp

This one-day, in-person bootcamp helps people with a business idea or at a very early stage of starting a business to create clearer plans, stronger validation and practical next steps. Sessions cover core start-up areas including costs and survival budgeting, trading structures (sole trader vs limited company), how to pay yourself, validation and testing ideas, SWOT and entrepreneurial mindset, and research/business model clarity.

The programme combines practical workshops and expert input so participants leave with tangible actions: a clearer view of priorities, a basic financial plan, validation approaches to test viability, and more confidence to move forward. Attendees also get priority review for follow-up one-to-one mentoring (where available) and benefit from volunteer expert contributions.

Practical details: the bootcamp runs in-person at the UP Business Centre in Croydon. Places are limited (15) and the session is offered at a subsidised fee. The next scheduled date and time are shown on the listing and advance booking is required.
