Cambridge Int'l Relations Program 2026 is a two-week on-campus summer school for teenagers aged 13 615, hosted on University of Cambridge college sites (with some provision in Oxford colleges). The residential programme offers a structured university-style experience at Cambridge/Oxford, blending academic study with pastoral support and social activities.
Multiple sessions run in late June and July 2026 with day and boarding options available.
The course delivers 30 hours of tutorials and workshops led by Oxbridge academics and expert tutors. Teaching combines lectures, small-group tutorials, seminars and a personal project (essay or presentation) that is presented on the final day.
Modules cover core international relations topics such as the UN, rising powers (China), US foreign policy and international actors, and the programme includes academic skills workshops to develop research, writing and critical thinking.
Accommodation is in central Cambridge or Oxford college rooms (single or twin; some ensuite priority for special needs), with breakfast, lunch and dinner provided in college halls. The fee includes tuition, accommodation where selected, meals, excursions (Oxford day trip; optional London visit), a graduation ceremony and certificate, and summer school insurance.
Heathrow transfer service is available for A3180 each way; pocket money of around A380/week is recommended.
