Dr Peter Vardy leads four live sessions where you explore, evaluate and debate key Philosophy of Religion questions, from the teleological argument and problem of evil to the relationship between mind and body. Practise essay planning and build your AO2 skills.

Ultimate Reality is a live conference-style event for students studying Philosophy of Religion as part of AS/A Level Religious Studies. Led by Dr Peter Vardy, it is designed to deepen understanding of the compulsory Philosophy of Religion paper while keeping the content engaging, accessible and academically rigorous.

Across four themed sessions, students explore key debates including the idea of a necessary being, the teleological argument, the problem of evil and suffering, and the relationship between mind and body. The sessions combine exposition, evaluation, discussion, essay-planning and debate, helping students strengthen their AO2 skills and practise making well-reasoned academic judgements.

The event is built around the needs of A Level students and aims to enrich their knowledge, sharpen exam technique and build confidence in handling demanding philosophical questions. It is delivered as a live in-person event at different venues across the UK.
