Join Cardiff Local Nature Partnership for a guided walk through Bute Park as part of the Campus Nature Challenge. Participants will explore local nature, learn more about the park, and contribute to global nature recording by logging the species they encounter during the session.
The event is designed to be welcoming and informal. It is suitable for all, no prior nature experience is required, and both students and local residents are invited to take part. It offers a relaxed way to spend time outdoors, meet other people with an interest in wildlife, and discover more about the nature on your doorstep.
This is an in-person activity lasting around two hours. Participants meet outside the Bute Park Visitor Centre, and the organisers encourage walking, cycling, or public transport to the site. Cycle racks are available nearby for those arriving by bike.
