CATCH deliver Department for Education Skills Bootcamps at their Stallingborough facility in partnership with Maersk Training and Renewable Power Academy. The bootcamps focus on developing practical industrial and green energy skills employers are seeking, including welding, metal fabrication, mechanical engineering and wind turbine technician training.
Participants receive both technical training and support with employability skills such as CV building and interview preparation. Available pathways include an Introduction to Industrial Engineering (Welding, Metal Fabrication and Mechanical Engineering) leading to an EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations, a Green Skills Wind Turbine Technician pathway with GWO accreditation, and a Blade Repair pathway with GWO and ECITB accreditation.
Positions are open to both employed people and those currently out of work; contact emails are provided to book places and enquire about specific pathway details.
