CC17 Early Years level 3 apprentice at Oakmount Day Nursery Ltd

This Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship at Oakmount Day Nursery combines substantial on-the-job learning with formal training through Runshaw College. As an apprentice you will work with children under 5, plan activities to support child development, complete off-the-job hours and portfolio work, and receive training in health & safety and safeguarding.

You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion and observation, culminating in an End Point Assessment (EPA) that includes a professional discussion and knowledge test. The role offers regular opportunities to work with different age groups, undertake planning, and develop professional practice under the guidance of an experienced training manager.

The apprenticeship is a workplace-based programme (30 hours per week, rota between 7:30am and 9:00pm), with training delivered by Runshaw College. Successful completion typically leads to progression into full employment as a qualified early years practitioner.
