Charles Taylor Assistance is recruiting Claims Support Advisor interns for its 2026 Summer Programme in Christchurch, Dorset. This hands-on internship places interns as first points of contact for travel customers, handling inquiries by phone and email, processing documents accurately, providing empathetic support and guiding customers through the claims process.
The role is based in the Christchurch office (BH23 area). The programme includes a comprehensive training and onboarding pathway: applicants must be available to attend and fully commit to two weeks of training over Easter starting Monday 30 March 2026.
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. There may be additional evening or weekend shifts available for locally based candidates. Applicants must live within a 15-mile radius of BH23 and be able to commute to the Christchurch office using no more than one bus route.
You must be eligible to work in the UK; visa-holders need at least 18 months remaining on their visa or supporting evidence of eligibility to extend. The role welcomes A-Level and university students and offers practical experience working alongside industry professionals.
