This is a paid Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship combining on-the-job experience with university study. You will work within Samworth Brothers' Operations/Technical teams across planning, production and delivery, helping ensure products meet quality, safety and customer expectations while building professional management skills.
The apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2026, runs for three years, and includes block-release study at Sheffield Hallam University (BA Hons Professional Practice in Management). You will attend university on block release (4 days at a time, five times a year) while working typically 40 hours per week in one of the employer's sites.
This role is available at multiple locations including Callington (Cornwall), Leicester, Melton Mowbray (Leicestershire), Worksop (Nottinghamshire) and Shoreham-by-Sea. Relocation support is provided. Essential entry requirements include A Levels (grade BBC or equivalent).
