Join Charterhouse Summer Programmes to study academically, choose arts, sport and excursions, build independence and practical skills, and boost your university or career prospects in focused two-week and short courses.
Charterhouse Summer Programmes and Short Courses give pupils the chance to experience life at a UK boarding school while learning in a supportive and activity-rich environment. The offer covers a broad age range (8 617) and includes a Young Learners Summer Course and a two-week Summer School.
Programmes combine academic study with electives, arts, sport and excursions. The Young Learners Summer Course (for 8 12-year-olds) provides a boarding environment focused on life skills, independence and well-being alongside interactive classroom activities.
The two-week Summer School (for 10 17-year-olds) lets each pupil choose one academic subject and one elective to study for the duration of the course, supplemented by a full activities and excursions programme. All programmes are residential (boarding) and emphasise pastoral care, safety and personal development.
Further details and booking instructions are provided on the dedicated programme websites linked from the Charterhouse summer programmes page.
