Join the Jolly Fenman in Sidcup as a Chef Apprentice working for Greene King. This is a hands-on, paid apprenticeship starting on 24 November 2025, with approximately 25 hours per week (exact shifts to be confirmed) and a 15-month duration.
The vacancy is for one position based at 64-68 Blackfen Road, DA15 8SW.
The programme combines on-the-job learning with off-the-job training provided by LIFETIME TRAINING GROUP LIMITED. You will follow the Production Chef (Level 2) training course, attend workshops and masterclasses, receive reviews every 12 weeks, and may gain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed.
The apprenticeship includes a mix of face-to-face and remote (phone/Skype) catch-ups every 4-6 weeks and practical chef training at scheduled sessions.
