Join Vintage Inns as a Production Chef apprentice based at Lambs Green Inn, Wimborne. You will work in a busy kitchen, learning to prepare and cook dishes to business standards, follow recipes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support service delivery while being part of a team.
The role is hands-on and combines on-the-job experience with off-the-job training.
This apprenticeship includes a mix of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks, workshops, webinars, and regular reviews with the line manager and trainer. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship (including Functional Skills in English and Maths if you do not already hold equivalents) delivered in partnership with Lifetime Training Group Limited.
The vacancy starts on 25 November 2025, runs for approximately 15 months, and is based at Lambs Green Lane, Corfe Mullen (BH21 3DN). The role is 30 hours per week and involves shift work, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Wages are stated on the vacancy page and vary by age band.
