Join Miller & Carter as a Chef Apprentice in a busy, team-focused kitchen. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing food to brand standards, keeping the kitchen clean, completing pre-shift preparation and cooking to recipes under the supervision of experienced chefs.

You will work 30 paid hours per week and be employed while completing your apprenticeship.

The programme runs over 15 months and leads to a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship. Training includes a mixture of on- and off-the-job learning (workshops, webinars), regular reviews every 12 weeks with your line manager and Lifetime Trainer, and functional skills in English and maths if you do not already hold GCSEs or equivalent.

Wages are advertised as £300 to £366. 3 per week with hourly rates shown by age band (16-20: £10/hr; 21+: £12. 21/hr).

The role is on-site only at the listed location (postcode CM16 5HW). Staff benefits described include significant restaurant discounts, funded further qualifications, pension, paid holiday and other staff perks.
