Join Mitchells & Butlers as a Chef Apprentice based at Nicholson's in Hays Galleria, London. The apprenticeship is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen where you'll learn to prepare and cook food to business standards while working 30 paid hours per week.
You will be supervised by experienced chefs and take part in on-the-job training alongside off-the-job study.
The programme leads to a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship and includes Functional Skills in English and maths if not already held. Training is delivered by Lifetime Training Group and includes regular reviews, workshops, webinars and a mixture of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.
