Join Bluebell Nest as a Childminding Apprentice and train towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while working in a small, home-from-home early years setting. You will gain hands-on experience supporting daily routines, planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, observing children’s development, and following safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Your apprenticeship includes workplace training and scheduled off-the-job learning delivered by EKC GROUP, with online workshops every six weeks and trainer visits every 4-6 weeks. The role is part-time (3 days per week, 30 hours), starts Monday 1 December 2025, lasts 1 year 6 months, and is based at 39 Austin Road, Ashford (TN23 6JR).

The first-year wage is listed as £11,778, subject to apprentice pay rules and possible increases depending on age. Applicants should have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English and be able to pass a DBS check.
