Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Commercial & Business Banking Apprentice based in Bristol Harbourside. Over a three-year programme you will gain practical experience across commercial and business banking areas while studying for a fully funded Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship with Kaplan and the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI).
You will cover topics such as professionalism and ethics, commercial lending, green and sustainable finance, and legal and regulatory frameworks, and may work on activities including managing client portfolios, securities settlements, strategic planning and system migrations, or product innovation such as sustainable finance and commercial cards.
The programme combines blended learning (classroom and on-the-job training) with mentoring and managerial support, giving you time and resources for development. Apprentices are paid a fixed salary (A326,500) and receive a benefits package including pension contributions, performance-related bonus, share schemes and paid holiday.
The role is based in Bristol with hybrid working; apprentices are expected to be in the office most days during the initial settling-in period and to work from their primary office throughout the programme.
To apply you must meet the academic and Right to Work requirements; Lloyds cannot provide visa sponsorship for this apprenticeship. The closing date for applications is 11 November 2025.
