Bowmer + Kirkland Construction Careers Virtual Work Experience

Explore the construction industry through Bowmer + Kirkland’s virtual work experience programme. This on-demand programme introduces the company’s history, major projects and the changing nature of construction, showing how innovation, sustainability and wellbeing all play a part in modern development.

Across the modules, you’ll get a look at pre-construction, construction management and the commercial side of the business. You’ll hear from Bowmer + Kirkland colleagues, discover the roles involved in winning work, design, estimating, planning and site management, and take part in interactive activities and quizzes that help you build confidence and test your understanding.

The programme is designed to help you understand what working in construction could look like and which skills matter most, including problem solving, teamwork and communication. It includes over 6 hours of content, with around 10 hours of work in total, and you’ll receive a certificate of completion once finished.
