Fancy running a construction site? Join the Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship at University Centre Weston — build management skills, lead teams, manage deliveries, budgets and quality on real projects, gain a Level 4 NVQ and boost your career or university prospects.

This is a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship delivered by University Centre Weston in partnership with employers. Apprentices work on built environment projects assisting the Site Manager with managing staff, deliveries, budgets and quality to ensure contracts are delivered on time and to programme.

The programme includes functional skills development in English and maths (maths at Level 3 included within the BTEC) and awards two vocational qualifications: a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision and a BTEC HNC Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment. Apprentices will follow a structured career pathway with opportunities across building, civil engineering and specialist occupations.

Delivery combines employer workplace placement and on-campus teaching. Entry requires GCSE English Language (C/4) and GCSE Maths (B/5) plus relevant workplace experience that provides opportunities to supervise on-site activities and to collect competence evidence.

Funding is via the apprenticeship digital account / non-levy co-investment model; there may be employer fees in some cases.
