Construction for Women: Next Gen Conference - Manchester is an in-person event designed to support, connect and inspire emerging talent across construction, property, infrastructure and the wider built environment. It brings together industry leaders, employers, peers and professionals for a focused development and networking experience.

The conference is aimed at people who are beginning, developing or progressing their careers, including apprentices, students, recent graduates, trainees, placement students, early-career professionals, career changers, returners and emerging leaders. Attendees can expect keynote speakers, career and leadership discussions, industry panels, practical development sessions and opportunities to build confidence, knowledge and professional networks.

Places are allocated through an application and nomination process rather than direct ticket purchase. Applicants and nominees are reviewed, and successful candidates receive a private registration link after approval.

The event is intended for female candidates who support the purpose and values of Construction for Women and want greater exposure to opportunities, role models and career pathways in the sector.
