Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank Apprenticeship Programme combines formal higher-education study with on-the-job experience in Corporate Banking. Apprentices will work in day-to-day business areas and special projects across the Corporate Bank, gaining exposure to client-facing work and building professional relationships across the bank.
Learning is delivered through a blend of practical work and innovative online teaching methods, including recorded lectures and live webinars. The programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours, helping apprentices contribute to client solutions in areas such as cash management, trade finance, lending, trust & agency services, securities services, and risk management.
Successful candidates will progress through accredited qualifications while working: a Level 5 Certificate of Higher Education in Operational Management leading to a BSc (Hons) in Responsible Business Management (University of Exeter), alongside CMI Level 6 Diploma and Chartered Manager status. The role aims to launch a challenging career path within Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank.
Level 5 Certificate of Higher Education in Operational Management leading onto a Responsible Business Management BSc (Hons) from the University of Exeter; CMI Level 6 Diploma in Professional Management and Leadership Practice; CMI Chartered Manager status.
- GCSE in Maths and English at grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent by the start of the programme.
- At least three A Levels at Grade B or above or equivalent qualifications.
- Must meet government requirements for funding.
- Must hold a British or EU passport and relevant immigration documents (e.g., work visa, biometric residence permit).
- Candidates must have been living in the EU for the past three years.
