Cosmoversity's Youth Leadership Programme (CYLP) is an intensive 4-week cohort for high school students in Grades 10, 11 and 12. The programme blends live online learning with collaborative activities, entrepreneurship, AI literacy, global leadership and two in-person showcase events.

Each of the four modules runs over a single week with two live sessions (weekend sessions on Saturday and Sunday), and students graduate with a certificate, an e-portfolio, a pitch deck and leadership exposure. CYLP is delivered across 8 live sessions (weekends only) and includes guest lectures from international practitioners.

The April 2026 cohort begins 18 April 2026 and runs through late May, with UAE-only in-person consolidation and graduation events. Outcomes include AI & digital fluency, personal brand development, pitching and entrepreneurship skills, sustainability and Model UN experience - practical outputs intended to strengthen university and career applications.
