Customer Care Apprentice - Denholm Good Logistics

This Customer Care Apprentice role at Denholm Good Logistics is a hands-on, warehouse-based apprenticeship focused on inventory control and customer service. The apprentice will undertake administration and inventory activities including cyclic stock checks, planned stock takes, maintaining WMS records, supporting goods in/outbound processes, investigating stock inaccuracies and producing weekly reports for management.

The apprenticeship includes funded training with W S TRAINING LTD and leads to a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. The role is full time (40 hours a week; typically finishing at 5pm), paid up to £19,240 a year (salary scales from £15,704 to £19,240 depending on age), and starts on Thursday 20 November 2025.

Duration of the apprenticeship is 1 year and there is 1 position available.
