Join Envases Liverpool Ltd as a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice and gain practical, on-the-job experience in a busy customer service team within a leading packaging manufacturer. You will handle sales orders on SAP, manage order forecasts, create credit notes, communicate with customers about delivery and quality issues, log delivery problems and support sales administration while maintaining accurate customer data.
This apprenticeship is work-based with 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm) and includes day-release training with Hugh Baird College to achieve the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification. You will receive regular assessor visits, build a portfolio of evidence, and develop communication, IT, organisation and problem-solving skills relevant to customer-focused roles.
The role is based at Trinity Park, Orrell Lane, Bootle, Merseyside (L20 6BP). The apprenticeship starts on 5 January 2026, runs for one year, and there is a possibility of a permanent position on successful completion.
