Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship - Group 1 Citroën Peterborough

This Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship at Group 1 Citroën Peterborough is an employed apprenticeship that combines on-the-job work with specialist training. As an apprentice you will work primarily at the dealership on Storeys Bar Road, Peterborough, learning to deliver first-class customer service within the automotive aftersales environment.

The role includes greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, liaising between customers and technicians, handling enquiries and complaints, and using computerised systems to process orders and invoices.

The apprenticeship leads to a nationally recognised Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification and typically lasts 14 months. You will be employed through the dealer network, complete week-long block training at the training centre in Coventry, and receive regular coaching, virtual classroom sessions and e-learning.

The programme requires GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 and may request copies of these certificates during application.

The post is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8. 30am-5. 30pm) and pays £15,704 in the first year (may increase depending on age and minimum wage rules).
