One Call Insurance is recruiting Customer Service Advisor Apprentices to join their Doncaster team. Apprentices will work primarily in the office handling consumer queries across a range of customer service areas, following FCA and company guidelines.
Typical duties include managing customer files, providing clear notes on actions taken, offering midterm adjustment quotes, checking banking entries, cross-selling relevant products appropriately and maintaining high standards of customer care and data protection.
You will undertake on-the-job learning combined with day-release training at Doncaster College (DN COLLEGES GROUP) to achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard. The role is 30 hours per week (four days in office plus 7.
5 hours day-release), includes functional skills in English and/or maths if needed, and covers knowledge such as the FCA Handbook, Financial Services Act, Data Protection and related regulations.
The apprenticeship starts on 25 November 2025, lasts one year, and successful completion could lead to higher-level apprenticeships or potential full-time employment with the employer.
