Customer Service Apprentice

Join a global appliance company as a Customer Service Apprentice based in Corby, gaining hands-on experience handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries, booking service visits, and promoting repair plans, warranties and accessories. The role focuses on delivering high standards of customer care while meeting agreed targets and working as part of a team.

The apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with scheduled training provided by STARTING OFF LIMITED, including a Customer Service Level 2 qualification, weekly dedicated training (4 hours), use of a VLE and OneFile, and functional skills support if needed. Typical duties include ownership of customer enquiries, service recovery, clear communication and supporting sales efforts to generate revenue and customer loyalty.
