Join CC Autocentres Limited as a Customer Service Apprentice based at First Stop, Wolverhampton. This one-year apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning in a busy garage front-of-house role with one day a week at City of Wolverhampton College.

You will gain practical customer-facing experience handling enquiries, managing keys and parts orders, preparing service paperwork, and using digital systems for emails and voicemail.

The role runs Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 with alternate Saturday mornings (08:30-13:00), 40 hours per week. The apprenticeship earns £15,704 in the first year (apprentice/NMW rate may vary by age). Training covers customer service practitioner Level 2 standards including communication skills, organising workload, managing service recovery, and providing clear explanations to customers.

Successful completion prepares you for front-of-house roles such as service advisor.
