Customer Service Apprentice (CKR Chartered Accountants)

CKR Chartered Accountants are recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to provide a professional reception service and administrative support to the company accountants. Core duties include answering incoming calls, dealing with client hospitality and refreshments, banking, scanning, filing, photocopying, binding account packages, arranging appointments and analysing customer information.

The role is office-based at C K R HOUSE, 70 East Hill, Dartford (DA1 1RZ).

This is a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship delivered by IXION HOLDINGS (CONTRACTS) LIMITED. Training is a blended delivery (Microsoft Teams and face-to-face) carried out within working hours and includes Functional Skills where necessary, plus embedded Health & Safety, British Values and Equality & Diversity.

The apprenticeship starts on 1 December 2025 and lasts 1 year 3 months. Successful completion may lead to a permanent position with the company.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch), totalling 37 hours 30 minutes per week. The advertised wage is £14,722.50 for the first year (with possible increases depending on age) and otherwise follows the National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices. One position is available.
