Join Evergreen Marine's Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Apprentice (Shipping Clerk) based at Evergreen House, 160 Euston Road, London (NW1 2DX). This role places you in a busy export section where you'll learn on the job while supporting customers and internal teams.

The apprenticeship starts on 1 December 2025 and is 37 hours 30 minutes per week (Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed).

Day-to-day duties include producing Bills of Lading/sea waybills and export certificates, checking and sending vessel manifests, issuing export invoices and manifest corrections, and handling customer queries via the helpline. Training is provided by THE WKCIC GROUP alongside workplace learning to achieve the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship standard.
