Join Gray's Locksmiths as a Customer Service Apprentice based in Nottingham. You will gain practical, on-the-job experience handling customer enquiries by phone and email, booking jobs, updating diaries, maintaining customer and booking data, and supporting office administration.
The role includes day-to-day contact with customers, engineers and suppliers to ensure high standards of service.
This apprenticeship is delivered with Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd and follows the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard, including Functional Skills if required. You will undertake both on-the-job learning and off-the-job training (around 20% of working hours) with a Trainer Assessor assigned to support your development.
Details: wage £15,704 for the first year (may increase depending on age), working hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (40 hours/week), start date Monday 8 December 2025, duration 1 year 3 months. Location: Grays Locksmiths Ltd, 8-10 Nuthall, Nottingham, NG8 5AZ.
After completion you could progress to roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Scheduler or Office Administrator.
