This is a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship based in Huddersfield at Bay Hall (Miln Road, HD1 5EJ). You will spend most of your time working on the job in a retail/online sales environment, learning to deliver high-quality customer service across face-to-face and digital channels.
Typical duties include dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders and paperwork, conducting customer surveys, using computerised systems, and covering for colleagues when needed.
The role is full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00. Training is provided through Juniper Training Limited and includes the Level 2 Customer Service qualification plus maths and English functional skills if required.
A dedicated Juniper skills coach will support on-the-job learning and professional development. The apprenticeship is one year in duration and may progress to a full-time job for the right candidate.
Wage for the first year is advertised as £13,741 (with potential increases depending on age) and will otherwise follow the National Minimum Wage rules for apprentices. The apprenticeship starts on Friday 28 November 2025.
