Ellisons Commercial Training Limited is recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice to provide general administration support and excellent customer service. The role involves handling enquiries via text, Facebook message, email, phone and occasionally in person; liaising with instructors and managing bookings for lessons, theory and driving tests; updating instructor statements and records; and carrying out general office duties to support the smooth running of a small office.
The apprenticeship is delivered on the job with specialist training provided by Bridgwater and Taunton College for the Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) qualification. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Friday 10:00-17:00 (36 hours 30 minutes per week).
Training delivery will take place online; the training schedule is yet to be agreed.
Location for the role is 17 Knights Road, Chelston Business Park, Wellington, TA21 9JH. The first-year wage is stated as £14,329. 90 (apprentice rate), and the apprenticeship duration is 1 year 6 months with a planned start date of 12 January 2026.
