This Level 3 IT Customer Support apprenticeship places you in a hands-on customer support role based at Castle Malwood, Minstead, Hampshire. You'll provide first-line support to customers across retail, hospitality and healthcare sectors, logging and resolving support tickets, testing new features, and contributing to documentation and process improvements.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and offers on-the-job learning alongside formal training.
The apprenticeship includes study time with the training provider (JUST IT TRAINING LIMITED) to complete the Information Communications Technician standard. Typical hours are Monday to Friday (around 9:00am-5:30pm) with a working week of 37 hours 30 minutes.
The programme duration is 1 year 6 months and may lead to a potential full-time position for the right candidate on completion.
Wages are advertised at £14,722. 50 to £23,809. 50 depending on age (paid in line with National Minimum Wage rates).
Essential entry requirements are GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Applicants with other relevant qualifications or industry experience should share these, as the apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect prior learning.
