Dains Future Ready Work Experience

Dains’ Future Ready programme is a five-day work experience placement designed to give young people a genuine insight into life in the professional services sector. The programme is built to help students develop confidence, build new skills and explore what a future career might look like in accountancy and related areas.

During the week, participants explore a range of topics including accountancy, tax, ethics, branding, culture and values. Alongside this practical exposure, the programme includes time for self-reflection, helping students think about what they have learned and how it connects to their own ambitions and next steps.

The placement is supported by a team of colleagues who share their time, skills and knowledge throughout the week. Dains also emphasises openness and inclusion, welcoming applications from students from all backgrounds and experiences and encouraging those who are curious about further education, apprenticeships or careers in business and professional services to apply.
