Data Apprentice (Leeds)

Join Lloyds Banking Group on a fully funded 4. 5-year Data Apprenticeship based in Leeds (Wellington Place). You will earn a fixed apprenticeship salary (£26,500) while completing a Level 4 Applied Data and AI Specialist qualification with BPP, with the opportunity to progress to a degree apprenticeship in Data upon successful completion.

On the programme you will work with large, real-world datasets and develop practical skills in SQL, Python, statistical programming, predictive modelling and forecasting, data visualisation and analytics lifecycles. Day-to-day activities include building data products, creating dashboards, and turning analysis into actionable insights that help prevent fraud and improve customer outcomes.

You will receive blended learning (on-the-job projects plus classroom theory), protected time for development, a mentor, a manager and a buddy, and access to Lloyds' wider support and benefits. The role is hybrid but requires regular office attendance and an initial settling-in period in Leeds.
