This degree apprenticeship places you in EY's Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle while you study for a Business Management degree. Apprentices work on client projects in areas such as financial crime, conduct risk and transformation, contributing to project delivery and supporting operational processes in a client-facing environment.

You will study for a degree in Business Leadership and Management Practice at Northumbria University and work towards a professional qualification from the Chartered Management Institute. The programme combines workplace learning with study: approximately 20% of your time will be learning activities (including one day a week in-person at Northumbria University during term time) and 80% will be spent on client engagements in the Newcastle office.
