This is an 18-month, government-funded integrated Dental Nurse Level 3 apprenticeship with on-the-job training at Andrew House Dental Practice in Tonbridge and formal study leading to a City & Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing (Dental nurse GDC 2023).

As an apprentice you will provide chair-side support to practice clinicians and rotate through reception and patient-facing duties including answering phones, booking appointments, taking payments, preparing and sterilising instruments, processing records and radiographs, and supporting patients’ well-being. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with core hours Monday-Friday 08:15-17:30, one late night per week and occasional Saturday mornings (09:00-13:00).

Training is delivered by the named training provider (TEMP DENT DENTAL AGENCY LIMITED) and covers clinical skills, infection control, radiography, patient communication, safeguarding, record keeping and professional practice. Successful applicants must be immunised against Hepatitis B and will need to pass a DBS check.

The vacancy starts on 11 January 2026 and one position is available.
