Deutsche Bank's Technology Apprenticeship Programme offers a blend of classroom-based technical learning and hands-on experience within teams that are transforming the bank. Apprentices are supported to develop into software developers through tuition on essentials of software development and exposure to innovations in big data and AI.
Day-to-day work places apprentices on real projects alongside industry experts and managers who provide coaching and mentoring. The programme emphasises turning learning into practical impact and experiencing an inclusive workplace culture where diverse perspectives are valued.
Applicants must meet funding and immigration requirements and achieve set academic criteria by the programme start (GCSE Maths & English and 104 UCAS points from A-Levels with at least one STEM subject). Location
- Meet government requirements for funding (as stated by programme).
- Hold a British or EU passport and relevant immigration documents (e.g., work visa, biometric residence permit).
- Candidates must have been living in the EU for the past 3 years.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent by the programme start.
- 104 UCAS points from A-Levels or equivalent qualifications by the programme start.
- One of the A-Level (or equivalent) qualifications must be a STEM subject.
- UCAS points cannot include General Studies.
