Digital Apprenticeship

AJ Bell's Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship is a work-based programme that combines on-the-job experience in Technology Services with part-time study towards a Bachelor of Science (with honours) at Manchester Metropolitan University. Apprentices will rotate through teams within Technology Services to gain practical experience of IT and change provision in a regulated financial services environment, supported by mentoring and in-house technical and professional development training.

The programme develops communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of operational business processes, with study support included as part of the benefits package. Successful apprentices may have opportunities to continue at AJ Bell on either managerial or technical career paths.
